ArrowWhat is a certified roster?
A certified roster is different than a Quickfoot roster form that you list your players on. A certified roster is the official roster used by your association for your team. Rosters must be signed by the registrar & coach, and be an official association document. Rosters written down in pen/pencil will not be accepted. Any roster that is typed up must be signed by the association's registrar & coach. Only USSF sanctioned association rosters will be accepted.

ArrowCan I use an indoor team roster as my required certified roster?
There is a way for everyone to participate. If you do not have an outdoor roster, we will accept an indoor roster. However there will be an additional fee per player since we are not allowed to accept indoor rosters as official rosters by the state associations that sanction our tournaments. You will be participating as a non-registered team. Please contact our office if more information is needed.

ArrowCan a girl play on a boy’s team?
Yes, this is allowable, however, boys may not play on a girl’s team.

ArrowI just finished looking at the schedule, why am I in an older age group?
Quickfoot does everything possible to keep “pure” age divisions. In some cases, in order to fill a division or allow another team to play we must combine two age groups. By association rules we must name the division according to the oldest team within it. (I.e. even if there are 8 U10 teams and 1 U11, we will still name it a U11 Division).

ArrowShould I fax you my medical releases with my other paperwork?
We prefer that you send these in prior to the tournament to avoid congestion during team check in. Medical releases can be used from past tournaments or the one’s on file with your team. These releases do not need to be notarized.

ArrowWhen will the schedules for each tournament be posted?

ArrowWhy aren’t there any playoffs for my U8 team?

ArrowI’m traveling to a Quickfoot tournament outside of my state association's geographic area.. What do I need to do?
All “travel teams” need to check with their state association or visit the Quickfoot "Travel Information" page regarding travel rules. State associations require an application to travel as well as a copy of the Quickfoot tournament sanctioning form (found on each city page and the forms page). Quickfoot requires a copy of the approved application to travel. The sanctioning document can be found on the specific city page below the online registration link. Please plan ahead when traveling as some state associations charge late fees if not given enough notice.

ArrowMy players aren’t registered with any association, can they still play in tournaments?
This all depends on the rules of the hosting association. With some associations (North Texas Adults and Oklahoma), any player can temporarily register with the hosting association. If this is the case, a fee determined by the association will be required for each player. For other associations (South Texas and North Texas Youth) you must register through a club or association prior to the tournament.

ArrowWhy should I pre-order my T-shirts and How do I do it?
The biggest reason is the $6 discount you will receive for pre-ordering your T-shirts, and another reason is that all pre-ordered t-shirts are personalized with the tournament city and date on the front. Once you pre-order, your shirts will be waiting for you when you arrive at the tournament. The best way to pre-order is to do it online at www.quickfoot.com when you make your team reservation, or print, fill-out, and fax a t-shirt order form. Please write legibly. The Quickfoot is not responsible for errors due to illegible writing. You can view the shirt on the website before pre-ordering. Shirts must be ordered the 10 days before the tournament.
