Round Rock is the shining star of Williamson County, and with a population of 81,075, it is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Round Rock is located just north of Austin and is within a 2½ hour drive of 90% of the Texas population. The Central Texas climate is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast with over 300 days of sunshine per year.

The city boasts more than 1,000 acres of park land spread out over 34 different parks. Just minutes from the city, you will find lakes, golf, jogging and biking trails. Round Rock is home to a wide variety of restaurants and retail establishments . . . from unique shops, boutiques and first-class dining to major department stores and a variety of casual dining stops. Of course, one of the greatest attractions in Round Rock is the Dell Diamond, home of the Round Rock Express, the Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros.

Round Rock's major employers include Dell Computer, Farmers Insurance Group and Cypress Semiconductor. Even as a growing city, Round Rock maintains a close-knit community feel that welcomes visitors and makes them want to come back again and again.
