How to apply for travel permits by state

• -   Oklahoma Teams

North Texas Teams:

• You will need to submit your application to travel to the North Texas State Soccer Association office 30 days prior to the tournament along with a $25 application fee. (There is a $5/day late fee if you submit the forms after the 30 day deadline)

South Texas Teams:

• You will need to submit your application to travel to the South Texas State Soccer Association office 30 days prior to the tournament to avoid an application fee. (29-15 days out - $5 fee, and 14 days out - $75 fee)

Arkansas Teams:

• You will need to submit your application to travel to the Arkansas State Soccer Association office 30 days prior to the tournament. There is no application fee.

Kansas Teams:

• You need to click here and submit your travel permit application online through the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association website. You may submit a travel permit up until a week before the tournament. There is a $20 application fee.

Louisiana Teams:

• You need to submit your Notice of Travel Form to the Louisiana State Soccer Office by Noon on Friday the week before the tournament. There is no application fee.

Mississippi Teams:

• You need to click here and submit your travel permit application online through the Mississippi Youth Soccer Association website. You may submit a travel permit up until a week before the tournament. There is a $20 application fee.

Missouri Teams:

• You need to submit your application to travel to the Missouri Youth Soccer Association office 30 days prior to the tournament. There is no application fee.

Oklahoma Teams:

• You need to click here and submit your travel permit online through the Oklahoma State Soccer Association website. You may submit a travel permit up until a week before the tournament. There is no application fee.
