  • Special Event Form

    If you have a player that is NOT registered with NTSA or US CLUB soccer you must fill the Special Event Form and pay a $5.00 fee at the registration tent on the day of the Tournament. You may have a player that is Registered with NTSA but not on your roster, this form does not apply. Any player can play, but once again, this form must be filled out to register the player for the day.

  • Medical Release

    We do not take these. You may use your regular medical release forms you use for league play. We only check to see if you have them.

  • Read the Tournament Rules

    Familiarize yourself with the Quickfoot Tournament Rules. Download a copy and go over them with your team.

REGULAR LEAGUE ROSTER COMES FROM YOUR ASSOCIATION OR CLUB.  IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SIGNED BY THE REGISTRAR JUST A COPY WILL BE FINE
